With the recent rises in gold price, and the growing popularity of 14k gold, particularly in the United States, Desert Diamonds have now made our exquisite designs available in 14k gold. 14k gold is 58.3 percent gold, whereas 18k gold is 75 percent gold. 18k gold will have more yellow in the colour tint, and be a much purer gold than 14k gold. In Europe 18k gold is very popular and is purchased by most, whereas in the United States, 14k gold is more popular. As 14k gold is a less pure gold, it is less expensive, but still of high quality and magnificently beautiful. As we rhodium plate our product, it may be difficult to tell the difference between the two by looking at them.
