How do I make an order?

Online ordering through our online shop is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the “purchase” button to place it in your Shopping Bag.  Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be provided bank account details for a bank deposit or automatically taken to the PayPal site to enter your credit card information

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

DD Global Ltd will email you within 3 working days to confirm price and estimated delivery time.
Should any items be out of stock, they will be placed on back order for you and you will be given an estimated arrival date.  You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. 
All orders that are shipped will be accompanied by an email to confirm shipping. The email will be sent to the email address provided during the order process and it will include a tracking number.

Is buying on-line safe?

We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server. Your on-line safety is assured.

Are the prices on the Desert Diamonds website subject to change?

Prices on desertdiamondsco.com are subject to change without notice. However, please expect to be charged the price listed for the Desert Diamonds jewelry you buy as it is listed on the day of purchase.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you wish to cancel or change your on line order, please contact DD Global Ltd by telephone or email as soon as possible. Our customer service representatives at DD Global Ltd will be able to advise you the stage of your order.
We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, if your order cannot be cancelled, when you receive it and are still unhappy with it, simply return it to DD Global Ltd according to our 30 day money back return policy  (conditions apply).  Custom-made pieces cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced.
Custom-made pieces or pieces that have been altered in any way (including resized rings) can only be cancelled within 3 days from when your on line order was placed.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.

How can I return or exchange my Desert Diamonds jewelry purchase?

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your Desert Diamonds jewelry purchase, we offer a 30-day guarantee.  Jewelry will be accepted for refund, credit or exchange only if returned in perfect condition, unused and in original packaging within 30 days of receipt to DD Global Ltd (conditions apply).
We offer a life-time guarantee on the quality of our stones and a 60 day guarantee against manufacturing defects, under normal wear conditions (conditions apply).  Please refer to our guarantee for our full returns policy and the process for returning goods.
Custom-made pieces, or special orders, cannot be returned if you have simply changed your mind.

Will my Desert Diamonds purchase arrive gift-wrapped?

All desertdiamondsco.com purchases arrive in a stylish lilac gift box, together with the Desert Diamonds guarantee card. 

Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

At the checkout process you will have the option of writing a gift message which will arrive with your gift package.

Is the entire Desert Diamonds range displayed on the website?

We are continually adding new designs to the Desert Diamond Collection, and add a new design collection approximately every 12 months.  Images of new Custom made jewelry pieces are also added to the website from time to time.

Your Desert Diamonds Distributor may stock her own designs that are not advertised on our site.  If you have something special in mind, contact your Desert Diamonds Distributor directly.

Can I ship my order to an international location?

We can ship anywhere in the world.  For international deliveries, the customer is responsible for any additional charges for customs tax or duties if any.  Desert Diamonds has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.  Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office in order to be fully informed.

How do I care for my Desert Diamonds jewelry?

To clean your Desert Diamonds jewelry, use a mild solution of 6 parts water to one part ammonia and apply with a very soft non-metallic bristled brush.  Professional cleaning and servicing (which includes checking the setting and prongs) is highly recommended at least once a year. Refer also to jewelry care.

How can I find out my ring size?

If you are not sure of your size contact your nearest Desert Diamonds Distributor for assistance, or pop into your local jewelry store. You can also look at our ring sizing tips section of our website.
If your ring size is not listed, your ring will need to be made by special order.  Please allow 6-8 weeks for this service.
