On Line Ordering and Shipping

Ordering jewelry from the Desert Diamonds Collection online shop is very easy and safe.  Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your credit card information or given bank account details for a bank transfer.
If you prefer, you can contact your local Desert Diamonds distributor directly by telephone or email to place an order.

Add to Shopping Bag
Once you have found an item you would like to purchase, click on the “purchase” button to place it in your “Shopping Bag”.  You can then either continue shopping or follow the on-screen directions through the checkout process to complete your order.

Choosing your shipping preference
Jewelry purchased online can be shipped to different destinations throughout the world – do all your shopping in one transaction and let us send your gift of jewelry, beautifully wrapped with a gift card, to your friends and family for you.
After you have finished shopping and have placed items in your Shopping Bag, proceed to “Send To”.  You can get all your purchases sent to one address or enter as many addresses as you would like.  The shipping is calculated automatically based on the cheapest method to the recipient’s address.  At this stage you can add a gift message if you would like.

Order confirmation
You will then proceed to “Order Confirmation”.  Please confirm the method of delivery and scroll down to check or enter your billing address and to choose payment method to “Complete Purchase”.

Payment and taxes
We offer the choice of payment via bank transfer or via credit card. 

• If your payment method is bank transfer, you will be then given the account details for you to make a transfer from your bank account
• If you select payment via credit card, you will be taken to the secure PayPal site to enter your payment details. 
• For customers with their own PayPal account, you can also pay from your PayPal account balance.  Please select credit card as method of payment in the Desert Diamonds site and you can enter your payment details in PayPal.  Customers can set up their own PayPal account and use this option if they do not have a credit card.

Orders will be shipped once your payment has been cleared.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in US Dolllars and where appropriate are exclusive of delivery charge and any sales tax at the current rate.  Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

Delivery time
DD Global Ltd will contact you within 3 working days of placing your order to confirm availability and estimated delivery time.  Your jewelry order should be shipped within 10 -15 working days of receiving your cleared payment (10 days for silver product and 15 days for gold product), subject to product availability.  If an item is out of stock, or available only by special order, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.  You will have the option to cancel your order at that stage and receive a full refund if you would rather not wait. For urgent orders, please contact DD Global Ltd by email after submitting your order.
Delivery time will depend on the shipping service that you select and the country in which you live.  Generally FedEx, UPS or similar express services deliver between 2-4 working days and EMS between 5-10 working days.  Not all methods of shipment are available in all areas.

Thailand Delivery
Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 48 hours of being accepted, to arrive with Thailand customers within seven working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

We take pride in presentation and your order will arrive in our stylish Desert Diamonds packaging. You can request a gift card to be sent with your order.

Insurance
Your Desert Diamonds jewelry is fully insured whilst it is in transit to you at no extra charge.
