| Will I have exclusive rights over my territory? |

We are committed to developing long term relationships with all our consultants and distributors and are keen for them to make a success of their business. While the rights to each territory are not exclusive we assess each case individually to ensure that your business will be protected as far as possible.

| Am I able to develop my own marketing material? |

We are working hard to develop a global corporate brand and would therefore prefer to handle all marketing initiatives. However we are always keen to hear your ideas and are happy to incorporate them wherever possible.

| Is there another way I can sell desert diamonds without investing in a distributorship? |

| What if I want to move on? |

| We understand that some of our Consultants are in transient positions and due to unforeseen circumstances may no longer be in a position to continue their business. Consultants who have had to discontinue their businesses may reinstate at anytime with the purchase of another Starter Pack. |
