Design Service

One of our key differences is that we offer a custom design service.  You can alter the existing Desert Diamonds Collection or create a new design using our diamond simulants, precious or semi precious stones.  Be inspired by world class jewelry brands!  

You can create your own Desert Diamonds jewelry in any combination of 18k or 14k white gold, 18k or 14k yellow gold, 18k gold plating and/or sterling silver.  Any of our existing designs in the Desert Diamonds Collection can be modified, for example, you may wish to substitute a different carat size, cut or color of stone of your choice.

You may already have a firm idea of what you would like, or you may want to look to your local Desert Diamonds Distributor for guidance. Most of our distributors create and maintain a custom design folder with ideas for jewelry and photos of previous designs we have made.  All of our distributors also have a a good understanding of the different types of settings and materials that can be used.  

Prior to ordering a custom design you will receive a quotation from your local Desert Diamonds distributor.  Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing and delivery of custom made jewelry.  Please be aware that as custom designs are hand made they incur a higher labor charge than jewelry designs in our Collections.  As you can appreciate there is a lot more time and effort required to make one-off pieces, but you are assured of getting that special piece.

Repair Service

We also offer a repair service for customers, which is available for both Desert Diamonds pieces and other jewelry they own. 
Following is list of some of the services we offer:

• cleaning and polishing
• gold redipping / rhodium replating
• ring resizing
• checking settings
• replacing stones 

Our charges for services are very reasonable, and usually a fraction of what would be charged by jewelers in most countries. Service cost depends on the type of service.  To get an estimate contact us or your local Desert Diamonds distributor.
